Native ETH markets
Open ETH in the app navigation to supply or borrow native ETH, or use ETH as collateral for USDG. ETH and USDG are separate units: an ETH loan must be repaid in ETH, and its USD cost changes with the ETH price. No wrapping or WETH approval is required for ETH operations.
Manage native lending shares, repayments, collateral additions and any pending ETH payout on the ETH page. ETH transfers rejected by a contract wallet become credits claimable to a compatible recipient. Keep ETH for gas. Newly deployed pools have no liquidity until lenders fund them. Native keeper execution has not been activated; do not assume continuous liquidation coverage.
What is REPONS?
REPONS connects borrowers who hold tokenized equities with lenders who supply USDG. Borrowers lock eligible collateral in a market contract and repay a fixed amount at maturity. Lenders receive pool shares representing their participation in that market.
Supplying liquidity does not buy shares in REPONS or create an ownership interest in the company. Tokenized equities are subject to their issuer terms; do not assume they confer the same ownership, voting, dividend or redemption rights as directly held shares.
Getting started
Use a compatible EVM wallet such as MetaMask on Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663. Keep enough ETH on this network for gas. Borrowers need the supported collateral token; lenders need USDG on the same network.
Check the network, token address, spender, amount and transaction preview before signing. A token approval permits a contract to transfer the approved token amount; it is separate from the deposit or borrowing transaction. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
Markets & terms
The published deployment includes NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, SPY and QQQ, each with 1, 7, 30 and 90 day terms: 20 separate markets. Eight additional native ETH pools are available under ETH markets: ETH collateral / USDG debt and USDG collateral / ETH debt, each with the same four terms. They use native ETH with no WETH. The wider stock catalog is informational and does not mean those assets have deployed lending pools.
Each market has its own cash balance, rates, collateral limits and lending cycle. A deployed pool may have no liquidity. Check the app and current contract state before funding or borrowing.
Borrowing & repayment
Select collateral and a term, review available liquidity, the maximum loan amount, full interest and repayment date. Approve collateral, then sign the borrowing transaction. The contract locks collateral and transfers USDG to your wallet.
Interest is fixed at origination for the full term. Early repayment does not reduce it. The maximum LTV check includes principal plus interest. Repay the full amount shown to recover collateral, or add collateral to improve the position health.
For illustration: 1,000 USDG at 6% APR for 30 days costs approximately 4.93 USDG in interest using a 365-day year, before rounding and network fees. This example is not a live quote or a lender return.
Lending & withdrawals
Choose a market and supply USDG in exchange for internal pool shares. Displayed APR is the borrower rate, not a guaranteed lender APY. Lender results depend on utilization, interest actually recovered, protocol fees and realized losses.
Deposits and redemptions are blocked while any position in that pool remains active. The first loan starts a 24-hour origination window; other loans can join during that window. Different opening times can extend the cycle beyond an individual loan term.
After the last position closes, lenders have a one-hour window before another borrower can start a new cycle. Redemption remains possible when no positions are active, subject to transaction ordering and contract conditions. Default settlement delays can extend the lock period.
Rates & costs
Review the transaction quote and current market parameters for the applicable APR and limits. Network gas is paid separately in ETH and may be spent even when a transaction fails.
The initial configuration assigns 10% of recovered interest to the protocol treasury. This is a share of interest, not an additional 10% charge on principal. New-loan parameters can be changed by the administrator; loan risk parameters are recorded when a position opens.
Liquidation & principal risk
A position can become eligible for liquidation when collateral value falls below its threshold, or when maturity plus its recorded grace period is reached. Do not treat the grace period as an extension of the scheduled repayment date.
Liquidation can transfer collateral to a liquidator. If recoveries are insufficient, the pool records a loss that reduces lender value. Oracle prices, market gaps, token freezes, USDG depegging, chain outages and delayed liquidations can produce losses. Capital and returns are not guaranteed.
Administration & security
The deployment administrator is currently a single wallet, not a multisig. Administrative powers include market configuration and pausing new activity. Existing repayments and adding collateral are designed not to depend on a fresh oracle price.
Owner review has been recorded; no independent audit report is published here. The production oracle has no sequencer heartbeat guard configured. Price freshness and stock pause checks do not eliminate outage or price-feed risks.
Deployment alone does not prove operational readiness. Do not assume continuous liquidation coverage or successful settlement merely because the interface is available. Verify monitoring and operational arrangements as part of your own due diligence.
